We will work with you to plan and execute a specialized tour for your institution, creating the ideal fundraising, public relations or audience development opportunity. We will develop an unprecedented experience for your members, curators, students and collectors that is also a revenue stream, while working with you to prepare the promotional material and support you in all sign-up and travel logistics. Your group will experience the world of Cuban art guided by Cuban experts and giving you an intimate, first-hand encounter with museums, curators and contemporary Cuban artists in their galleries and private studios.
Below we highlight some of the events and prestigious institutions we have partnered with for exceptional Art Tours to Cuba, helping them fulfill fundraising, educational and curatorial missions to Cuba since the year 2000!
We are the leading travel service provider for the world-renowned Bienal de La Habana exhibition that takes place in Havana every two years. It principally aims at promoting the developing world in contemporary art circles, giving priority to Latin American and Caribbean artists, although artists from all over the world submit works. Every Havana Bienal since the year 2000 has welcomed groups specially designed by Cuba Tours and Travel for the discerning collector, student, donor and artist alike.
MOLAA - The Museum of Latin American Art, Long Beach, CA
Annually, since the year 2000, Cuba Tours and Travel has worked with MOLA to generate a community of art lovers who travel to Cuba to experience the art and the artists first hand. We are planning our 16th trip with MOLA this year, each year surpassing the travelers’ expectations and the fundraising goals.
The Menil Collection, Houston, TX
The Menil Collection is an art museum located in a 30-acre neighborhood of art, housing the private collection of the Menil Family. Annually since 2009, We have helped design curated travel to Cuba for the museum’s members. Making art accessible is vital to the Menil’s mission, so no admission is charged and all public programs are free and it is programs like these that contribute to fulfilling that mission. Most recently, we escorted trustee, Adelaide de Menil, on her first trip to Cuba.
